In 2017, Hardy World, already a dynamic force in the sphere of real estate properties, expanded its operations to a broader expanse of real estate classes. Its founder, Joe Hardy, the visionary behind 84 Lumber and Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, brought his business skills of running a five-star luxury resort and global home improvement chain to commercial real estate development.
Hardy created a team knowledgeable in all aspects of industrial, office, retail, mixed-use, and hospitality to develop and manage world-class properties throughout the United States. Hardy World's vast portfolio includes raw land, commercial properties, and newly constructed condominiums.
Collectively, the Hardy World team has the experience and expertise necessary to deliver superior returns to its investors. The team is pleased to announce that Taylor Hardy, an honor's graduate of the S.C. Johnson College of Business and the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, has joined the firm as Vice President of Operations. She looks forward to leading Hardy World's future.
