Nicholas recently graduated with honors from Chatham University, earning a Master of Business Administration, where he was nominated for Graduate Student of the Year. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, with a minor in Psychology, from Chatham. As a standout on the Men's Basketball team, Nicholas served as team captain, leading them to a Conference Championship win.

During his graduate studies, Nicholas gained valuable experience as a Graduate Assistant in Chatham's Business and Entrepreneurship Department, managing social media and organizing networking events. He further developed his skills as a Database & Content Specialist at First Sip Studios, specializing in customer relationship management and event coordination.

Nicholas is currently advancing his expertise in real estate investing through Wharton's Online Real Estate Investing & Analysis Certificate Program. He brings a strong background in project management, data analysis, and strategic planning to Hardy World, where he is eager to contribute to the company's continued growth and success.
